Appeal it, and say "I called him a noob, that is no reason to blackmark me" and usually they remove it.

Edit: His name was Polak, Jagex may have though you were saying "If you are Polish, you are a noob".

I dont care anymore. Its became so pathetic, its beyond my comprehension.

They probably muted you for mild racism rather than calling a random player a noob, Polak meaning someone from Poland.

Stinks you got muted, but are you sure it isn't for the polak instead of for the noob? Their rules still state noob isn't offensive.

That could only mean one thing: someone is sitting there reading all the stupid reports people send in and determining whom to ban. One hell of a paying job!
