It seems like you've missed the instructions listed on the Applications page:

Please fill this Complete form out. After finishing this form you will be redirected to your application poll, please bookmark it so you may see how your application is going. Your application will be voted on by SRL Members and in 7-14 days you will be notified of your status. Please post some examples of your scar knowledge, along with a Attached SRL Script that must compile and do something useful, No Autotalkers, AutoSpammers, etc that are useless and easy to create. If the script is not all your work then please give credits where credits are due. If you do not provide a example of your scripting knowledge that is at least 90% original work by you then your application will be automatically declined. The SRL Member section is for scripters only, not people trying to learn to script and certainly not for leechers.

Those two bolded sections are the ones you really want to look at. You need to know how to script before you join the SRL Members group.
