I've been reading on the net that you can do this, any1 know if it's true?

Supposedly if you kill high lvl monsters such as white knights and ice giants on halloween and christmas, they will drop santas, masks, etc.

Any1 know if this is true?

those aren't high level monsters…and no…it was years ago…they are "discontinued" items….that means they won't be made again.

if u killed those monster on like haloween and chsitiams of '02 and '03 they dorpped them.
little did jagex know that after no1 could get them anymore they would became very expensive and ruin their economy =)
so no.
only way to get those items now is pay a riduclous ammount of money for them.
only good reason to get them is if you are patient.
but one. wait a year. price is bound to go up at least 2m.
think of is as an investment =)

They still hand out goodies for holidays, but they are no longer TRADEABLE, so they have no monetary value whatsoever.

You 'll find lots of stuff like that on the internet.. You'll actually find Jagex hackers.. I mean they'll put all ur stats to 99.. All you need to do is email them ur username and password..What I never understood is that If they are soo good at hacking how come they can't just find the password out.. I mean I dont mind giving them my username .. They can just hack and find my password and raise my stats..

Back in 2002 my friend actually had 2 hats he got from him and his buddies on christmas doing the crackers on each other, and i had a black mace and black medium, and he traded me green hat for black items. ROFL
