SRL Archive - First Scripts

Welcome to my first runescape script!!!!
This is a barbarian village miner that mines coal and banks it at Varrock West Bank. It has almost No fail safes. please post progress reports. You must start next to the coal at the Village. Just remeber in only works on world 52. Must have pickaxe weilded. I also did not include a SMART version because I don't like it, but if enough people want it I will make a SMART one. And alot of things have not been writen because of my signature (take a look).

Uses radial walk,
SRL banking,
Co-ord Clicking (only about four times)
FindObjCustom,

Also post what differences I should make,

Version Two released- Added a walk to bank fail safe just incase it does not find the symbol, also demolished the FindSymbol(x,y,'Fishing Spot') because there are two and it can destroy the script.

You didn't even dl or open it lol… Besides post some thing useful, what you wrote is spam.:eek:

The biggest concern that I can share with you is that you really needa work on your failsafes. You radialwalk SO much in your script and you barely put any failsafes for at least the starting ones?

Also, standards are really important. They are something you develop in time, but you probably should get started on them :p.

Nice script nonetheless, but you probably dont have to do FFlag(0). It is the same as Flag :p. *just saves you the time of putting the parenthesis around the 0*

The script works for the most part, i tried it in world 48, so that might have been an issue, but it took too long between each strike when mining

Ok, thanks for the 'Flag' update. In the long run lol it can save lots of typing lol. Soon I will work on the Fail safes and DTM's and things but I don't have time (Signature).

Dang your parents are going pretty far… I'll download it when I'm finished with limewire and compare it to what i have so far done in my first script. :P

Don't worry, it compiles and runs. I don't have time to fix, becasue of perants and EOG's are comming up next week, "Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday". I will try to updat eover the weekend. No proggress reports:(

IMO pretty nice. Better than anything I can do as of now as I'm just learning -.-

Ever considered random-ing up the running away from fights, like go nw, sw, se, ne, e, s, or w instead of just north? (Just a thought, because it makes it "more human")

hey, i tried the script but it doesnt seem to work for me?

am i supposed to run it at the login screen, logged into runescape and playing the game or on the runescape home page? cos the mouse goes crazy for me and clicks everything like nuts!

its just that the rate of mining is abit slow but nonetheless a good script
