if i drop trade ex. 100 iron arrows that is worth less than 3k will it be shown? and can i do it over and over to keep drop trading?

You can, however you can only gain/lose 3k of wealth per 15 minutes, including dropping and picking up. Same rules as with trading and staking.
However, there are ways around this like buying eyes of newts for 3gp ea in port sarim and selling to other character for 76 gp ea. Then you other character sells back to store and you repeat.
You can also drop rune plates in party petes 1 at a time.
Or use bounty hunter.
Any other ways to do this are too slow or are so fast that they are highly secret to the few that know them. And many ways to transfer are dead. Do some research and you'll find out.
