Extra Details (just if your curious)
- checks if the tree has an ent before clicking and keeps mouse over tree to look for color changes
- Checks for ent in chat box
- looks in chatbox to know that you are already cutting the tree
- if a you dont get a new log for 30 seconds it clicks the tree again
- if your mouse hasnt moved for over 45 secs it clicks a gametab and goes back to the previous one to avoid logging out.
- autocolors for every needed tree.
- only sets a player to false after an unsolvable random or no axe or cant find the tree after many times.
- If after many tries it doesn't find the tree you chose it will look for any tree, and start chopping that kind of tree.
- waits for uptext or 1 sec before dropping/storing logs/ random stuff. moves axe to inv#1 if it finds it in the middle of the inv.
- Uses bitmap counting to know how many logs you cut. If the bitmaps return 0 it adds 27 to the count
- it looks for randoms quite often, and it looks for them immediatly after you log in.
- Uses SmartColorsCustom, updated for RGB comparision to work, which means it looks for the best unique colors and it can add more to the array if it finds a good one.
- Turns run one to minimize time wasted when walking
- Autoresponds to the 3 woodcutting QuickChat messages.
- You can add more to the Auto-Responder by editing SetupResponder
- Doesn't Respond more than once per min.
- When trying to put mouse over tree it checks if the tree color exists near the place where the mouse is going to move (avoids useless mouse moves)
- when i have time to remember and write more i'll add them

How To Use:
- Fill in DeclarePlayers
- Place your Players close to the desired trees
- Axe in Inv or Equipped (or both)
- Click Run!

What did HE do wrong? Or what did YOU do wrong. Did you even do the proper steps to setup SMART?

i think this is the best wc script i have used..i have tried pinkys and sports and your pro3.3 but this is the best… i am glad you got the old man problem fixed only real thing that i didn't like was how slow the dropping is.. but it does do extensive comparing

when i try to run the SMART script, it says it is setting up SMART, then suuddenly, the window closes and nothing happens

Power surge happened while running it so couldnt get the randoms report.

Btw this was done on one character :P so it should be awsome with about
5-7. which is what im about to do so prepare for a long ass proggy. :P

this was the report thanks to that save function of yours. which is freakin sweet. :P

Yes it would have but a power surge shut down everything in my house*no electricity* But i have it set up with 5 40+ wcers now. so lets see how it goes

make the world 134 then when it logs in your first char *when your in the game*
pause the script by pressing Ctrl+Alt+A then log out, switch worlds,then log back in and then resume the script. this will help u switch worlds without the scar crashing. Temporary fix but it should work. If its a different problem then what i think your talking about then pm me.

So far a very good script. Ive got it up and running at both draynor willow sites, and even at some oaks at varrock :p Once i stop it ill post a proggy.

i still have some issues, sometimes it does not find a tree. The mouse is usally on the grass or the inventory when it says that. The mouse will not move, and i guess that might be the problem.

does this script cut yews and bank? i want 1 that does that

Ok I got it up and running now, but I have a few problems.

1. How do I get it to bank? on "locbank" or whatever it says "draynor = 'db' or something resembling that. I go to the DTM thing and post that in the ' ' for "draynor" and it says invalid number parameters or something.

2. For my second problem, I cant seem to get any world besides 134 with SMART, and clues as to how this can be solved? I tryed to do the world.ini thing but when I save it it says cannot create the file.

3. How do I get it to AntiRandom. When a random comes it does nothing. And sometimes it will log, and quit working.

Besides that its everything I could want and more. Great script.

Ill help out Rasta a bit :D for your 1st problem, theese scripts wont bank, yes I was a bit confused as to why bank things are in the script, but alas, it can not bank.

For your second problem set the smartworld(x); or whatever to 134, that might work.

Banking things are in this script cus i have a banking version released in junior members. But since on this section you can only post power scripts i just simple take the JM version and erase all the walking and release it here. So, no, you can't bank with this version.

As for your smart problem i wouldn't know, maybe check if you have the latest version of java on the comp that it doesn't work on? or post in the SMART section of these forums, asking for help.

Ok I downloaded SRL now it starts running with an "intro" but after that it minimizes and doesn't do anything. I open it up on the screen again and this is what it says: Thank you for using RM Cutter!

The problem was that there are a few randoms it can't handle.
The teleport ones like the evil twin and bobs island.
Also the ones like the thief guy with the crossbow. He keeps shooting you unless you talk to him. He doesn't go away if you run away.

But for the rest I love it!

I've gone up from 62 to 64 in just 3 hours!

i'm glad it's working well for you :)

yes, that random is a problem… the talks are very short, and if you don't find it the first time it'll keep on killing you :(

When i go to use Rm PowerCutter.scar it loads perfectly normal but when it goes to click on the login/password it insnt clicking or it is and jsut isnt going through so it repeats the process over and over again. Any suggestions?

no i ant even click in myself it just does its thing in repeating order. i was lookin for script to change that but didnt know if i would mess much up

ugh proggy got messed up will post one later but it works really well other than the random problem someone mentioned maybe i misunderstand but i set my char in the bank in draynor tell it to do willows but it just looks for awhile and ends up targeting a normal tree instead of willow and not banking but im still happy with the free exp :) thanks

Learn to how to not double/quadruple post and learn how to read Tanner. The answer to your questions are in this thread.

rkamlage, there's a proggy saved in your scripts folder. and you can't bank with this script. just put your player next to the trees you want to cut.

tanner, use the edit button and download srl.

Rasta, i got it to work and i have to say, this script is AMAZING. Good job buddy, If you posted more scripts like these, you'd be the next best thing from god :D.

One question, it logs out, where in the script can i change this?

first few lines of the script.

look for where it says consts, and the LoadsWanted and change that to like 999.

Hello Rasta, i just got done testing out your program, it is very good, with some flaws, i don't know if they were flaws on my part or yours, But basically, i started it up, and was forced to make 30 accounts with my user name and password in it for it to run all day, and occasionally id come back to find my character either sitting at the bottom of lumbridge or next to the demon cage in Wizards Tower But other then that, it did its job and is very good

I did have a 5 hour report, but i rebooted scar, and started it up for 40 minutes, and this is the product of that

that would be a flaw on my side, it missed a couple of randoms apparently.

Everybody please vote 5* on the thread!

and Dangling, once your players are like 30wc there start being less and less randoms, so 30 players might actually run for 24h :p

Got it all on and i can tell from the other reviews it's a good script so i would like to try it, my only question is how do i fill in "DeclarePlayers"? Heh, been trying for some time now not sure what to do :(

I've set it to chop 50 loads before it logs me out

I can only get about 6 in tops before it freaks out

Only on one occasion has it run for longer and that was for 6 hours straight

Are there any special settings that I can fine tune?

set it to do more loads ;) first few lines of the script. and train your characters.
and don't waste your time at willows just under draynor bank, there are better places to powercut.

this is nice but what you think is smart better than usual?

first of all you can't use draynor willows cus it won't bank them for you ;)

and second of all sandwich lady sometimes ca nbe solved, sometiems can't. and i use many players, not just one ;)

you need to re download srl, making sure you download revision 16 ;) there are a few guides on how to get that right in the tutorial island here ;)

Shiditsu I believe we need to wait for a new revision of SRL to fix the login issues and some other things. You will need to wait before you can bot unfortunately.

Great script, for some reason it'd never do more than two loads for me though, I changed the constants. It also seemed to get stuck in a loop at the login, but I figured out that it was IE being horrible. Got me from 1 WC to 34 in random short bursts, had to keep checking back because of the two load thing.

You need to change the amount of loads that the script will do. I believe the default is 2, so change it to 10 or 20 or something like that.

The actual cutting and everything is great now, but since the update whenever it goes to drop the logs it just… fails miserably. One out of three logs the mouse just goes flying off to the side and misses the drop logs option, and occasionally it left clicks logs and goes through the rest of them without dropping any.

i have not yet update to the new version of runescape!

it told me that my guy could not find his axe , then i realized my mistake i had him by the tree and not in bank … so i tried again it says 3 minutes passed next player … i do not have a next player can i have it so it is on him always ? was this an error ?

also, there seems to be a problem with the dropping routine. it'll left click on a log and then stop dropping them until the move-up, or it right click but click way to the left of "drop (log)". Does this happen with all item-dropping scripts or is it just a bug with this one?

I have tried with my axe equipped and not equipped. I assigned it to chop down regular trees by setting the player string to 'Tree'. I am standing next to a group of regular trees when I start the script. Anyone know what to do?

I'm using revision #16 (for I read through everybody elses posts of problems and ound this fixed a lot of them). I don't know of a gametab fix, how could I apply it? My screen res is at 32bit color, and RS brightness is all the way up. Thank you for your response, I hope I can get his working soon!

I just wrote a tut on how to get this script to work, for anybody who is still having problems:

Ok, I&#8217;ve been noticing a lot of people have been having troubles with using this wonderful power cutter, and I myself just recently figured it out. Most of your questions have to do with having the wrong SRL Revision or the wrong SCAR version. I have written this little tutorial on how to properly set up SCAR, SVN, and SRL, and then on how to get the power cutter script running. This tutorial is in list format, and does not include any pictures, but does have links to all the files you will need. Now let us get started!
1. Download SCAR 3.15 at http://freddy1990.com/archive.php. Scroll down the list of files and you will find SCAR 3.15. Clicking the link will bring you to a page saying that the version is outdated. Download it anyways. You can also use the latest version of SCAR, which is SCAR 3.15b, which is available at http://freddy1990.com/scar.php
2. Download SVN 1.4.5 at http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/39559/svn-1.4.5-setup.exe.
3. Install SVN 1.4.5 first, and then install SCAR 3.15. Antivirus programs make pick up either piece of software as a Trojan, or some other malicious virus. Ignore them, or turn your antivirus off. These files are both completely safe.
4. Once SVN 1.4.5 and SCAR 3.15 are both installed, open SCAR 3.15.
5. At the top tool bar of the SCAR 3.15 windows, click tools, then &#8220;Options&#8221;, then go to &#8220;SRL Download&#8221;. Select the download type as &#8220;Subversion Repository&#8221;, and then hit &#8220;Checkout&#8221;. A DOS Prompt will pop up, and it will start download the latest version and revision of SRL. Once it finishes, hit &#8220;Ok&#8221;.
6. Once you&#8217;re back to the main SCAR 3.15 screen, go to &#8220;File&#8221;, then &#8220;Update SRL SVN to Rev&#8221;. A dialog box will appear with a number in it. Set this number to 16, then hit &#8220;Ok&#8221;.
7. Now click this link (http://www.srl-forums.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=12864&d=1212580867) to download the RM PowerCutter. Once it has been downloaded, open it up with SCAR 3.15.
8. You should now have SCAR 3.15 with the RM PowerCutter script on your screen. Scroll down and you should find this:

Save the script, and then minimize SCAR 3.15.

9. Now open up a new tab in your web browser (ctrl + t in Firefox), and go to the Runescape website (We open it in a new tab so you can still read this). Start the game, but stop when you get to the login form.
10. Maximize SCAR 3.15, and drag the crosshair on the top toolbar into the Runscape Game Window. Not just onto your web browser, but into the Runescape Game Window. A black box should close around the game window. Minimize SCAR 3.15 again.
11. Now login to the Runescape Game. Store all of your equipment and items into the bank, and have an axe unequipped in your inventory.
12. Find a group of trees that are the same type of those that you set when we edited the script. DO NOT RUN THE SCRIPT YET!!!
13. Go into the Runescape settings, which is the wrench icon. Click the icon of a computer screen to open up the graphics settings. In the bottom left hand corner, there will be a picture of a sun, with a bar next to it. This is your brightness level. Click the fourth little circle to set your brightness level to the top. Close the graphics settings box now.
14. Everything is now ready to run the script! Maximize SCAR 3.15 and hit the &#8220;Run&#8221; button, which looks like the play button on a TV Clicker. If everything is working, the words &#8220;Rasta Magician&#8221; will start to spell themselves out in the SCAR 3.15 output box. After that, the SCAR 3.15 window should minimize itself. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING! The script might take a minute or two to actually start doing something. If the script does not start doing something after two minutes, maximize the SCAR 3.15 window and see if there are any error messages. Post them here and I will try and help

Hi totally new here and this was my first script, I tried running this script and it worked pretty well, but I supervised it for a while and it missed an ent. The only thing I find is scar is it saying "warning in gametab: 4 does not exist" does anyone know what that is?

ahh no that was so dumb I think I just figured it out, its because you can't have the scar window open over the runescape window thats when the errors appear, thats when the gametab errors appear!

Is this after the first load or after a couple? When my guy exceeds his load limit, he doesn't logout correctly. Instead, he does some glitchy wood dropping, drops some random logs in my inventory, sorts the logs, and then starts chopping again. He then does it all over again. If you forgot to set your load count higher, and he exceeded two loads, that might be what is causing your problem. A little bit more detail might help on your detail might help.

It's the first load,

The first couple logs he drops fine - Then he misses the "drop button" a load of times then goes all crazy clicking random logs. Next he organises them like you said.

You were saying about load size - how do i change that?

I don't use the smart version.

Could it be something to do with the new gfx update?

Also, is there anyway to make him bank the logs instead?


(Log 6 is the first one he misses and log 9 is the one he left clicks on. This is including spot 1)

couzin matt-
you can change load count on line 23, but I have the same problem w/ it set to 500, so that doesn't seem to be the problem (unless it's set to 1, where it probably wouldn't drop at all)
also, bankers are not available in free for all scripts

yup we are all having the same problem. Logs dont drop

when I use the script, my logs drop fine….. I can do 30 loads without having a single drop problem, until the last drop. The graphics update didn't mess mine up at all….. What type of axe are you using? Are all the graphics setting on their default value, and brightness on highest? It might be your SCAR or SRL version; I am successful with SCAR 3.15 and SRL Rev #16. If you still have problems, notify us:)

I have the latest software. I use a rune axe - I banked the dragon one just in case it was dropped ^^

I use low detail with all minimum settings and brightest setting.

He doesn't miss the logs - Just some of the little pop up menus. I'll take screen shots.

I don't know if this would help, but you might want the other graphics settings set on default. The colors for the script are preset, so I don't know if changing any other graphics setting besides brightness to top would effect it…. Also, you are gonna want to use SCAR 3.15 or SCAR 3.15b, and SRL Revision 16 to run this script. Check page 8 of this thread for a tut on how to set everything up, if you need any help. If problems persist, I have no idea what the problem is….

no it doesnt help =( its the new update it doesnt work for most people now… Im sure a simple fix can bring it back to normail the dropping just needs some work.

If that is the case then I don't understand why I can still get most of the scripts to work…. RM PowerCutter works, Narcle's Fastfighter works….

I think all it needs is an update. I think Jagex must have moved where the menu pops up once you have right clicked the logs.

I also find it doesn't deal with many of the randoms you need to interact with. Mainly the Sandwich lady.

yeah the drop procedures messed up but it still is an awesome script i couldn't upload a proggy because it didn't save but i did something like 68 runs fine nice job

oh yah and i forgot to mention i think it was pure luck because it was clicking a tree at the time but it has done a sandwich lady for me

gonna give this a try thank for posting.

ive been testing the new version today, its great but the mouse still goes crazy trying to drop the logs. takes it like 3 iterations of log dropping to maybe drop half the logs if im lucky

i dont think he has updated script

having trouble with the smart version though, for some reason it won't log me in, i can still hear the log in music and i get a message saying "three minutes have passed, still need to try the regular.

Well that looks like something i had, try updating SRL Rev

i know u must be tired of hearing about the log dropper im sorry lol but when the log droppper part of the script runs after chopping a full load it will right click the log but totally miss the part that says "drop" but not all the time its random which logs it drops everytime but it will only end up droping maybe 1/2 a load every cycle. plz fix this part of the script. may i add that this may help you fix it…. i watcheed as it was clicking on the logs and it would sometimes click to the far right of the log and then sometimes to the far left of the log. if it clicks on the far right it always successfully drops the log. other than this problem very nice prog. it seems to be almost everything ive been wanting keep up the good work =]

*note* yes i am using the new version and no not the smart version. also which banks does this script bank with?

After the script begins and I put in the information on the start screen, the script runs and changes the options in the game, then logs me out and back in, out and back in, out and back in… It says "Logged In Player is not in Players array". What should I change? It looks very promising, so thx so much for any help you can give me!

you'll have a very hard time changing those colors because you'd have to change the finding method the autocoloring method and the scanningcolors method….

hi im a bit new to scar but i have successfully ran a script before. i get a error saying invalid number of parameters and i think it has somethin to do with s.m.a.r.t. setup. here is what mine looks like. i havent touched it i hope someone could help.

This powercutter is very good. it has a few bugs but I can overlook them. one of them is I may set it to cut oaks but it usually cuts regular trees. which is ok with me. another thing is when it starts to drop the logs sometimes it glitches and clicks regularly on the log. this makes it go through an entire inventory without dropping any. but it usually sorts itself out. good script. thanks again.

Script might be outdated , maybe not .
Try modifying script by yourself to get it to work , ;) (or try mine in my sig)

Hey guys, Im extremely new to scar and i think i need help. When i try to start the script, it says "H:\program Files\scar 3.15\includes\srl\srl\Misc\smart. scar does not exist" it also says that misc\users. scar doesnt exist either. Will someone please tell me what i need to do? Im trying to cut normal trees. Im by a bunch of normal trees in a nonmember world with a mith axe equipped but the script fails every time i try to make it work. I didnt modify the script in any way. Please help.

I think it's something to do with SMART. Your rev might be updated. Try updating the revision

Found a solution as the normal script works great I just used IceFire908's "How to make any script a SMART script and it worked http://www.villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32001?t=34685 .

I think you never set up your players correctly and it ran for like 30 mins? shoudn't it have ran longer because i ran it longer than that~

hey sandos thx, i used my dragon axe and it worked for 2 inventories…but l8r it said it couldn't find axe so it logged out…can u tell me why that happened?

Hay it only ran for 30 mins because i turned it off after that… bu ti hate to say it but the randomes are not very good… my willow cutter could solve the drill demon and the box but this one log out each time… so i stoped using it
:( Im realy srry … i might go back and try using it again when i hit lv 90 but who knows :(

deviant use sandos's fixed rm woodcutter, search each pages in the thread, it works, and if u want to use smart with it, look in the smart section..

can anybody tell me when they're autoing using rm wcer, duz ur autoer log off at the the dragon teacher guy and duz ur autoer runs away form a fight and nover comes bak to spot where it was wcing..plz reply!

Yes its possible all u got to do is add S.M.A.R.T and it will open and new window with its own mouse… but it will never salv the surprise exam doto nobody has yet solved it…

The people at various forums are the people that new got past your current situation ;)

These are 'Free For All' scripts, which don't give such great advantages, so, if you want to get on, I suggest trying to learn to script. After you have 10 quality posts and over a week longevity, you'll be able to access more forum parts including lots of more scripts.

when i try to run this script, it doesnt run and gives me errors, partically the mismatch one. If anyone could help me out, it would be much appreciated
