SRL Archive - News and General

So I kinda inferred what happened to RS a few months ago (I think), and I remember billions of people saying, "No, scripting will get around this," etc.

Something tells me that's not what happened. Is this project in a comatose stage right now? Or am I missing something?

There are a lot of scripts around and people still auto intensively. If anything, membership rose with "death" of RuneScape as people got pissed off with Jagex and decided that it wasn't worth their time to play legit anymore. There are still lots of scripts and more active scripters that continuously strive for perfection with their scripts as time goes by and even more foreign scripting now than previously with many users working on various other games which will hopefully continue to feed the influx of wanna-be scripters.

Not only that, but I believe there have been 4 revisions since the introduction of the Grand Exchange which is quite a lot considering there haven't been many major changes since then. SRL will live on until the end of RS I believe and after that I can see many communities splintering from SRL taking over other up and coming online games.

There are still some transfer methods (but no great ones yet), and a lot of people just auto on one or two accounts now instead of using an army. SRL is pretty much carrying on the same as it has been.

I don't know about Timer's transferring method, but the common understanding is that transferring a worthy amount of cash between chars is very hard and nearly impossible. However, SRL is very close to having all the randoms solved, Sumilion has almost solved Maze, and even Molly has been solved :)

Just wondering… whats the free dial-up stuff? My mom pays like $28 per month for my stupid AOL (DSL here costs like $15 lol wdf) so if she likes it so much, she can use it while I use the fast internet (she probably thinks fast internet will melt her HD, she is a cumputer n00b).
