should 200k bronze knives be enough if I drop them? or if I pick them up will it be enough? Do i need more/less? I'm not wasting money on chins, but i will waste it on knives if i have to drop them. I WANT 99 RANGE. but no chins

Do Ava's Quest and use Ava's device in fight caves with bone crossbow and bone bolts.

Do the quest Animal Magnetism and get the backpack which picks up your ranging ammo. The quest takes about two hours and you save a LOT of cash.

I have avas device, but your script stopped working for me, and the last time i tried on range only got 7k exp in one night, and was still running when i got up

And i was planning on going to lathas's training ground and doing ogres, and device doesn't work through fence i think

I used Ava's device (upgraded) with bone crossbow and bolts. I did 70-99 ranging with it using my fighter while picking up stuff. It took about 100k bolts w/ avas device, would of taken 400k w/o.

what monsters do you recommend using it on?

200k bronze knives prolly wont get you to 99 range seeing as they are fast and they disappear quite quickly. trust me, i just got to 74-80 with iron knives and had 20k at start now only 5k left and i picked them up. I recommend you buy iron arrows and use them on fire giants until 71-85 or 90 then black dragons to make some cash to buy chins :D. chins gets me 30k exp in 10 mins i really like them.

yeah, but still only about 60k per 8 hours, and i would like a faster method, unless this can get me at least 90 range in under a month

Personaly i like to tank avansies. Look on youtube for it. I'll write a guide and post it around here somewhere. I can make 300-400k an hour easy using bone bolts which cost 2gp each. Seriously though, it isn't bad range xp at all. And you won't have any problem getting 99 mage moneywise. It costs ~1.5m to start with all the gear, and you can make that back in a couple days.

Not alot of people are aware or don't care about avansies. I'm not sure which because they are insane cash and xp and you can stay down there forever. Literally. There are quite a number of tricks you can pull down there which normal people wouldn't think of.

i do that, but, not very good exp, i may have to go to firegiants until 80 then do aviansies so it will be fast
