What do you guys think is the easiest/fastest way to get from 31 farming to 72?
Any ideas?

I would suggest getting lots of tree seeds , planting them and making those farmer guys to keep an eye on your crops, that works pretty good, all you have to do is wait , and trees give you really good exp, with trees I mean both regular trees and fruit trees. and well all you need is money and patience :D
