well i have seen loads of people who spell it proggy and loads of people who spell it proggie

what way do you spell it?

Both are the same.

Proggie is more slang, and Proggy is also slang, for Progress Report.

I just use whatever feels best to me that that moment of my post =3

I hate to be a newbie =/ .. But what exactly is a Proggy .. or Proggie =P

Proggy or proggie = progress report

It basically tells you how much logs you cut (or fishes caught etc.) and how long you were playing and it appears after you stop the script or it finishes.


I say progress report but I voted for proggie

it doesnt matter its like saying:

its a computer language slang :) we are lazy typers :P

I think 'proggy' is more correct that 'proggie'. Why? Because you spell "Juicy" with a y and not as "Juicie", you spell "Happy" with a y and not "Happie", "Freely" with a y and not "Freelie".

The only cases where I've seen ie used in words is for names, i.e. "Jessie".

But then again, I'm not thinking properly. Somebody feel free to correct me

I choose Proggy as it is quicker to type as the Y is close to the G and you don't have to type two extra letters for a word that can be written shorter :p

I use Proggy, don't know why, it just feels better :p

This is the best reply I've seen all week.

I use proggy just because the 'y' is closer to the 'g'. But if im writing in a kind of formal sense i use proggie, it just sounds more formal.

Anyway, I generally spell everything I post correctly, but I like using "Proggie" It just sounds more… Cheesy. Waffle-Like. Mmmmhm.
