I have never used scar before, only aryan,sbot3, and other java bots.
Anyone care to tell me where to download scar, or even help me with it?

Here is where you can download SCAR 2.03.
http://dylock.net/scar/And it also shows how to install it.
If you need any help on how to install the SRL part, feel free to PM me or ask on here, there are also many helpful members on the forums.
Here is a good TUT on how to get SRL by Sdict–

This is how I got to get SRL into the includes folder after you have gotten SRL and SCAR. You can go to start, search and then search C:\Program Files\SCAR 2.03\includes and a folder called includes should come up. You then drag all the files of SRL into this includes folder (the files are skill,core,misc.). Then you should be all set! If you have any questions, you can ask me.

Oh blargh. Here's a quick walkthrough.
Paste/open the script into SCAR, overwriting any pre-existing text (the default program New; etc).
Then, fill in any information the script asks for (typically colors, integers that determine location/object used, and booleans).
Then, select the client window by dragging the crosshairs onto the RS applet and releasing. A box should appear and 'shrink' down onto the applet.
Then, start the script following any instructions. I.e. if you're supposed to be logged out, don't start it logged in, and vice versa. You start SCAR by pressing CTRL + Alt + R.
