Hi, well im kinda of new to this "Autoer" stuff and I was just wondering. What all do I need to auto and macro? Such as programs and how do I get scripts? Also, how do I learn to create my own program?

First download the latest SCAR Divi here: http://www.Freddy1990.com and then visit a tutorial on how to download Sub Verision. Now you need some characters, make 5 new runescape characters with realistic names and clothes, then do the Tutorial Island.

After you did all that, read some of the tutorials in the beginner section in the 'Tutorial Island'. ;)

I read that tutorial and I was reading something and it said running some type of macroing thing called auto fisher and registering will make you a junior member? Could anyone elaborate more on this?

So it sounds like you know nothing so far about what SCAR even is. Basically it all goes like this:

SCAR is an engine for which scripts can be written and has premade functions for color finding, mouse control, etc. You would paste the scripts you find here into SCAR and run them from it.
SRL is a library of functions that expands the scope of what SCAR can do. SRL is written in SCAR and is included via the {.include srl/srl.scar} that you'll see at the top of all scripts here. SRL contains things which get updated often on Runescape (things like color changes for graphics updates) and some more "human-looking" things, like the mouse movements.
Subversion is just a tool that lets you keep a history of versions of a program (for instance SRL is currently on revision 16). SCAR uses Subversion to download the newest SRL so you don't have to do any manual extraction or such.

Also, once you have 10 posts and have been a member for a week, you become a Junior Member, which lets you see more scripts and other sections too.
