does anyone know a good website or program to convert a normal image into a .dtm? (preferrably one u dont have to download)

Uhm, you don't convert an image to a DTM. You have to choose the points and such yourself.

yeah but when u wanna open the dtm editor in scar u have to open a .dtm file

no you dont….. click on the tab beside it and choose load image ;)
