hi pplz i was wondering if i could get some help with somthing.

now ive this account with 60 att str def and hp legitamently
67 mage ancient magicks 60 range 63 runecrafting and almost every other skill close to 50 or 60.

i wanted to get my att str and def up to 70 but im lazy as hell so i was gonna try botting.

the only thing is this account is a member right now so i need to know how to NOT get caught.

so i have a few questions like.

(how many hours a day should i use this for auto fighting?)
(in wich order should i get each level that i want?)
(are those cloaking scripts any good?)
(what is a good monster to fight when autoing?)
(is that fight caves runner good for training at my level?)
(what are some steps that i can take that i can do to not get banned)

and for the record leaving it on while i sleep is not an option. (well it might be in about 3-4 days but then again maybe not)

I do not want to eat either.

I would say the big one is delete the jagex cache files afterward
dont use that account for the rest of the day
