SRL Archive - Senior News and General

A few members have retrieved my personal name, my hometown, and got where I work, and have called my work, and have been aggrivating my managers, and saying they were going to kill me. These people have also phoned Hobbit and are giving him death threats aswell. Is there anything anyone knows about Skype to protect from this? My manager was well close to fire me, and I told these people to stop, but after another week, they called again. Any advice would help.

random websites, dunno. AI told them, etc.

call the cops on them >.> as stupid as it may found and as impossible that we may think an "internet threat" might be, if they already found out where you work etc, it might become something more serious. and if they didn't wanna become more serious just calling the cops would scare the shit outta them anyway.

Hobbit, you had your cell # up on your MSN a while back. I remember noticing it and wondering 'hmm…I don't think he'd want all of SRL to have that…'

There's some * number (ie, *86) that reports the last caller to the authorities, it's listed in phone books. We (my family) almost used it after being called multiple times then hung up on w/ answer, but then it stopped, so we didn't have to.

I am 100% sure the calls weren't meant to get you fired.

Beside, I don't see a reason to make this a "SRL" fight again. You can just talk to them and ask them to stop, if not go to the police.. Is real life really that hard? Godsake.
