Anyone been banned/suspended on xbox live? What for?

I recently, (today) found out that I got suspended.

I'll tell you how stupid Microsoft are, in the email, it tells you to check your messages from your dashboard. Easy Enough. You thought wrong, I can't sign into the dashboard or xbox.com. So basically, im waiting an unannounced amount of time till I can play again. Really stupid.

Oh, and it was for inappropriate conduct. Probably for a bit of swearing when there was 10y/olds playing a 15+ game.

I have been banned from Halo2 matchmaking because I modded. I didn't do it to rank up though, I just mod in custom games or I bring it to a friends house.

Xbox still sucks with the vast amounts of FPS genres and lacking in everything else.

the only thing i play Live on is virtua fighter
