I don't know for sure but I think the way scar simulates mouse and keyboard wouldn't work.

If you have a windows emulator and the right c++ libraries then it should run, but I'm not 100% on that.

Do you have an Intel-mac? If so, you can use Wine (no, Wine Is Not an Emulator).
If not, use virtual pc.

is there any way of doing this without much software emulators?

What about just another pascal compiler?
