What will this program do?
I'm not sure where to download it, I just started looking around today.
Looks like a MMoGlider for Runescape.
Anyone wanna tell meh? :)
:google: :(

From what I've gathered, S.M.A.R.T is some sort of include or applet designed to make macroing in RS safer and easier.
One of the first most noticeable features is a red dot which acts as your mouse, while allowing your actual mouse to move around and go to other windows.
Basically, it shouldn't be of much concern to anyone else except developers. It's designed to make the average leecher's life easier

Hmm, sounds interesting and useful. Will have to keep up with the development of this.

There is no "development" as SMART is already released and fully working. If you downloaded SRL you already have SMART. It's just a matter of you figuring out how to use it.
