Not a bad idea, but I kind of like having it in case I want to open up the map or another world in a new window. Thanks for the post, though.

The link has an error.

i looked for you and found that you are indeed my competition. you should have specified witch script. i am aware that userscripts doesn't keep track of when the scripts were uploaded initially.

by all means, i do remember that no script did what my script does when i made it.

here is your description
This script gives access to all worlds (full and offline, though offline won't help you much), does not interfere with the plugins and detail you've set, and works for English and German servers. Check it out.

here is mine
enables full worlds to have links, as if they were vacant.

we can clearly see that your script was made to combat mine, since my script dosen't work on german versions. my script was made for runescape gathering 2008 and these scripts are now dull on downloads.

i do belive it is among the guidelines to discuss such topics with pm's?

Either way, it's a good script for removing the navbar (Although S.M.A.R.T does a very nice job :)). Javascript for Greasemonkey isn't exactly difficult to write, anyone with Javascript knowledge can easily remove a navbar. The code will look near identical because there is only one navbar.

If the script was stolen, then the true creator of the script has the knowledge of creating the script while the thief will have that upon his conscience.

But I highly doubt that either of you intended to take credit for each other's scripts, and the layout was a coincidence :).

Another method for removing the navbar is either Adblock Plus, Nuke 'em All, or RIP. This also had the advantage of deleting any advertisements which come with the page :D

i did try to remove the nav bar with adblock plus and it dosent seem to be able to, something about the layout.

he wasnt talking about this script, hes talking about a script that gives full worlds links so that they can be accessed like normal. our script code is insanely different, he seems to have used a js compressor.
