Just think about it though before you concider banning me - do you really want it to end this way? Meh, I just wanted to come clean about it… I don't support lying to get into SRL Members - am am just quite sure I am never going anywhere further than SRL Members here, so just wanted to tell… :/

Ehhh… IMHO you should re-apply if anything with possibly a 1 - 2 week ban? Although since it's not directly up to me I don't know what will happen.

nah since he has made scripts (2-4) and they are good i think he should stay as a srl member it doesnt matter now.

Tbh I don't think there's any point in applying again, he'll probably get in with everyone voting yes (unless some people decide to be funny and vote no :p).

I don't think a ban is neccesary, since he didn't just start leeching the member scripts but continued to learn to script after getting in. Do people usually get bans for applying with copied scripts?

Somehow this sounds like sp0rky. I wouldn't have suspected until I saw sp0rky mentioned saying he persuaded him. But if it is you harry, you deserve to have you members kept, you're fight cave runner is one of the most reliable scripts here.

Why would he be perma banned? If you steal a script they ban you for like 5 days and tell you to try again in a month.

In all honesty, I think this whole sp0rky business is blown way out of proportion. I've talked to him almost every day for like 5 months almost (give or take?) and he's a great guy as long as he likes you. Perhaps him and I just have some common ground so we didn't have any trouble. (unless he doesn't like me? :O ) but I don't think sp0rky cared enough to bother with getting Hy's password. I just think people need to stop using his recent banning as an excuse for them to tell everyone what they have been hiding, I've been a member here for quite a while and though I may not post much, I still know most of the people here. Anyways, that was my 2 cents on this issue, I can't be bothered with getting involved in this SRL drama.

If it is copied he deserves some punishment IMO. Although this is on another scale, if a criminal kills someone and is never found out and then confesses doesn't he still go to jail?

Harry is a good person from what I know of him, but if this is the real deal, there must be some sort of punishment.

i think that some type of punishment should be given. No offense to Hy. whatever punishment is given to people that steal scripts in their apps, should be given to him. You cant have a double standard, just because he's well liked.

I already think that his punishment has been given…

If it really has been nagging at him for… however long he's been here, then good, its made him feel … I don't know what its called, but almost everyone has been through that.

Still like Dan Cardin said, we can't have a double standard… I have nothing against Hy but I do feel that since he did do something wrong, he deserves a just punishment. Just because a famous actor kills someone doesn't mean charges should be dropped against them just because they're famous.

Guilt? R0b0t? Guilty that he did do something against the rules and wasn't caught… granted he was honest enough to come forward himself, therefore we shouldn't give him a harsh penalty, but at least something more than saying "You were wrong to do that!" because he obviously already knows that.

If he knows what he has done wrong, and knows that he will not be completely exempted from the reward, what possible use is this punishment?

doesent matter anymore… He can script now.. Thats what matters. Hy has contributed to the community just like a real srl member.

yet another attention seeking topic by hy looking for compliments. getting sick of this.

if you dont understand what i mean, look through the posts by hy recently. "should i move my script to members only?" in the general section, obviously asking for people to say "no please no i love your script please you are god". numerous posts in his script topic asking for donations, as he "doesnt feel appreciated or respected enough". and now this, a thinly vieled attempt to get people to post "omg i love you hy, dont ban him even though he did the wrong thing, he made the fight caver so its all ok". i highly doubt you actually copied your application script anyway hy, its probably just a lie to try to get compliments from us.

and for the record i checked the ips, it is indeed hy posting in this topic, not spork.
