whenever i try to setup my script it ways this

[Runtime Error] : Exception: Access violation at address 033C10AB in module 'Embedded SMART.dll'. Read of address 00000854 in line 47 in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.15\includes\srl/srl/misc/smart.scar

i dont know whats wrong… can anyone help?

did you do {.include SRL/SRL/Misc/smart.scar} before {.include SRL/SRL.scar}?

I have the same error with my script. I do have it before.

Have you called SetTargetDC(SmartGetDC); before attempting to do anything regarding Smart (except for SmartSetup/Ex)? If you have then that could be causing the problem, otherwise try deleting your Smart plugin, do a SRL checkout and move your plugins again. It may be that your plugin got corrupted during the whole checkout and move process before.

Replace your smart procedure with one below

  Wait(5000);                            // Smart Hates me
  SetTargetDC(SmartGetDC);   // Has to go before SmartReady as it checks a colour
  while not(SmartReady) do Wait(500);    // Thanks BenLand100 for S.M.A.R.T.
end;

You had SetTargetDC after SmartReady which doesn't work as SmartReady works by checking a colour (I believe) so if it doesn't know where to check, then it sure will give you an error. I also increased the wait just to make sure Smart has started up before it tries to set the TargetDC.

post what you have atm then we might be able to be more of a help………. :)
