to download it then just use any program that can convert FLV to AVI and then afterwards just use video editing software to take what u want

For all the video's I wanted, I used this and never seen a problem.

With this program you don't need any other video editing or w/e. You can convert it in a matter of seconds when you've just downloaded the video.

To be honest, I just use Firebug to get the link to the .flv file, and DL through the browser… Then convert it with VLC/AviDemux/MediaCoder. (Although, VLC tends to produce rather large files, and MediaCoder sucks air in WINE. AviDemux, under a custom compile, can have support for Flash Video Files.)

And it probably is too much work, but it lets me do whatever I want to the file. (Rip the audio, DL multiple videos and combine them, etc… I can also choose what video/audio codecs I want.)

Direct to MP3 w/ three clicks. Direct to video codec of my choice with four….says the VideoGet Portable fanboy.

Search for DownloadHelper in Mozilla Addons site it works the best for me
