DDTMs, adding area

Well, seems like to day is my great question day, lol, oh well.;)
I was wondering, how do I add to the area of a ddtm in a for to do statement? i think it used to be:

IncEX(MyArea, 3);
    if FindDTM(Walk1Point1DDTM(MyArea),x,y,MMX1,MMY1,MMX2,MMY2) then

(of course this is only part of the entire thing), but now i get an error, what do i need to do now?
