that sucks, sorry I never been banned so I never had a chance to appeal yet, so I don't know if I'd be convincing to them, all I know is don't include suicide at all. If you don't know what I'm talking about look at Brain's thead.

Make a long rant about Jihad's, Ala, Muslims, and being black. Then you should be OK. If you aren't, sue for racism. Mention racism, thats a must - while using the worst possible syntax, grammar and spelling. Their auto-response system will be overloaded with keywords.
