The runescape tab shortcut key was introduced a year ago..

F1 attack menu
F2 skill menu
F3 quest menu
Esc inventory
F4 equipment
F5 prayer
F6 mage
F7 summoning
F8 Friends
F9 ignore
Insert clanchat
F10 tools
F11 emote
F12 music


I don't know if any one else know this. but you can use this instead of clicking tabs in game

I don't really think this'll help autoing that much, but it just might make things go a little smoother or faster, such as for alching, the cursor can basically stay in the same place and just move a random number of pixels, which should make it go a little faster I guess.

I haven't seen any scripts to use this though.

then why don't we use shortcuts in smarts since it can't be unfocused

I've used this in a script before. I've gotta say most people know about it.

If we used this, GameTabs would never break IMO.

Smart can't handle those f-keys.. Thats why it's not implented..

Well, not all of us use smart :p well I do but you know, I just tried it on smart it works…

Well, 50% does use smart..

And it works, but it also types a random letter.. When opening the bag for example smart types a "q" in the chatbox.

Nah, that would be very, very suspicious.. Someone typed f2, q, and backspace at almost the same time..

Nobody does, and if you try using them yourself you get a feeling that only a machine would use them.

the only reason i think people would use the f keys are for fast comboing..

On the rare occasion that I play for a few minutes, I use them.

I actually have a friend that uses them all the time, and I make fun of him for it.
But he seems to like it…

Even if people don't use them most of the time, we should still use it in script once a while for anti ban.

If you press F1 in SCAR(or with SCAR) it will oen the SCAR manual.
