This is one of my many methods of making money.
Ok.
First off..

Make sure you have 2mill +
(If not then try cut mages/fish sharks etc to gain the money)

Head off to the GE.
Buy Dharok Helm, Body, Legs, Axe at the minimum price, as seperate items.
If you don't buy straight away go off to Mine/Fish/Wc etc.
After you have bought this then head back to the GE, turn it into a set and sell middle/max price.
Voila.
This can also be used to merchant Veracs and Guthans.
This may also work as buying as a set for minimum and selling as parts or buying as a set and selling as a set. I haven't tried these methods but I would love if someone else said that these worked :)
DO NOT use this method to try and merchant torags. No-one buys this as a set.
Try to keep it to Dharok, Verac, Guthan.
So as well as skilling and making a profit you can be making another healthy profit on the side :)

Also f2p can try this with Zammy/Sara sets (I'm not sure on how well these go but I have used this method for the barrows sets)

but can u merchat arhim,or dragon sets?

I don't think many people buy ahrim as a set.
They tend to buy the hood top and skirt but not the staff.
and i'm not that sure with dragon sets. you could have a try if you wanted and get back to me
but be sure to buy at minimum ;)

this will be slow..
i think softclaying is faster and more money
like 84k per hour
and i made a script for it
(in my sig)

The guide is probably the best way to merchant when doing other skills on the account

I think you can do it with Rune Sets, but it would be considerably slower. I don't know about any other F2P sets though.

haha this is Merchant in the Darks Guide on Sythe. Lol Over 15 guides sold for a total of Over $750.

Nice guide, I tried it on my pure to make money merching rune sets when it was f2p. It made decent money considering i was training at the same time.

this is a good guide… i never would have thought that that would have worked… becuase with all of the f2p god armour usually it doesnt add up…

its a good method, but u have 2 make the 2mil first which is wat takes the long time.

u can do it with about any set but … u might not get the money right away….:spot:

Yeah, I did this with Rune sets for a while, but the profit on each set was so small that I was better off killing chickens. If you do this with expensive sets (like Dharok's) then it works well.

does it work well if you do this a lot to get money to buy more and more pairs? and does this work with kahril's?

I have tried something like this and it is incredibly slow indeed. But the idea here would be while you are grinding your fishing or woodcutting stats and banking fish and logs, you could be making a little extra gp on the side with no effort at all.

That is why its best to put the items on the market and go and do some legitimate work, like cutting or fishing :)
