SRL Archive - Other Scripts

I had never thought of making SCAR games 3D until i made this…
So what kind of game should i make using this script?
I'm thinking probably a shooter game, where something like the box would be a gun and you click things to shoot…

Forgot to mention:
You can use your arrow keys to mess around with some things.
I was testing out what was possible with it.

And if anyone can fix the error in function Intersection() where if the two points are on the same line it has to return (0, 0) as the point the intersect at, that'd be cool.
This causes the lines of the box to shoot to (0, 0) in certain places.

umm make it a shooting game make the that 3d shape full of the screen

and put something in the middle which u click Aka Shoot

have you tried making more complicated shapes? like something that could look like a ship(maybe a triangle with 2 other triangles sticking out of the sides to make wings?…this basic shape)? cuz the way you have it set up makes it seem like more of a space ship game where you dodge other ships that are shooting stuff at you. the only thing you'd need to change is where you shoot, it would need to be controlled by the mouse instead of always shooting in the middle(at least thats where it looks like its shooting to me)

Yea, this rocks, but i have to agree with Dan cardin, it looks like some sort of space ship game.

Like ya gotta travel to the moon, but dodge surroudning incoming … rocks? XD

I like the idea of it being a spaceship type thing and dodging… meteors… or something.
But what i was originally planning on doing is making it where the mouse controls the red dot, not the box.
The box would be stationary, centered at the bottom, and things would cross by the screen you have to click on to shoot.

um i dont get it? i mean, i click and it does jack all. the red dot stays in the middle and i move the box around. im probably missing something lol but …. how do ya play???

if you were to make it be an fps, you'd have to make a 3d world, and i have no clue how hard that would be(just the controls to make it look up and down in a room would be annoying), but if its a spaceship game then you can have it randomly just make random sized meteors or whatever. :)

And i think i have figured out what i'm going to do with this, and it's looking realy sweet so far.
I should have a new beta version out here soon.

Yeah, Killerdou made one while ago, Junior scripts -> Utilities -> and somewhere there..

Though this is nice aswell, some few bugs needs to be fixed I see. Very nice job man, amazing…though I think shooting game would be hard..
