why whenever i click on the world map link it just say rendering map…. and never renders? and also i get a white screen sometimes on that and the rs screen. help?

If you want the official RS map make sure you have the latest Java and all the goodies installed. If nothing, then contact customer support. But there is no difference between their maps and any of the help-sites' maps.

I sometimes put dots after my sentences, too. That wasn't the reason why I misinterpreted your comment but whatever, it's behind us now.

I had this problem so I set the map as my desktop wallpaper (well the f2p bit anyway) from the rs downloads sections, works a treat.
