[REQ]Eye of Newt Buyer

The best way to transfer money is with these Eye of Newts. You buy for 3gp ea then sell your macro for the nice ~68ea. (What Ever the ge mid is at the moment.) I thought there was a few of the scripts already but i could not seem to find one. If anyone has one unreleased could i use it? I will Share the wealth =] PM for more info.. or post bellow..

There WAS one, called Eye of Newt[er]. But I believe it was moved into the SRL Members section due to leechers.

Eye of Newts are almost dead.

Too many people abused it.

Now they are worth ~40 gp each, and it continues to go down.

Meh, with the SRL rev update the script doesnt work anymore. Theres a runtime error and it doesnt find Betty.

The newts will go up now that it has been removed from the leecher section, and if you want to use the script then you have to become a SRL member.

Im making one similar (first script, so wont be any good :P) which will buy the eyes and trade them with another account in the shop, and then sell them back to the shop. That way, money can be transferred from one account to the other because of the cost of the newt eyes. Should be more reliable than the merchanting scripts as well because there wont be any walking (and no/neglible randoms as well).

Last I checked they were worth 65… that was using the grand exchange thingy on the website ;D

lol yeah, when I sold 10k and i was able to get 1 above market for them i figured it would be a good time to take it out of the public's hands. but i'm about 32 hours from going legit on my def pure, I still have the version you took offline but I haven't tried it since then. But u can send it my way if you'd like, it'll hel pout a lot if I get banned ;D

I don't understand it, like one account buys newts and sells them, but what else. It doesn't really make sense.

Ok, there is a shop in port sarim which sells eyes of newt for 3gp each. People tend to buy eyes of newt for a hell of a lot more because they use them for potions, hence they are worth around 50-70gp each (65 atm). Because the value of an item in a trade is the same as in the g/e, then you can buy 27 eyes for 81gp, then sell them to the other account for around 2k ish, who will then sell them back to the shop for 27gp (because they sell back for 1gp each).

Because of this, you have just traded 2k within about 20 seconds, unlike the whole 3k in 15 minutes idea.

Hope ive cleared it up :) Im still going to make the script, seeing as though its simple to make and i need the experience!

alright, I got it now. I just didn't understand the point of selling back to the shop, but I get it now.

Off the top of my head, I would have to say about 40 minutes… Its the main reason why a script needs to be made :)

Technically, you are trading legitimately. Although your intentions are to trade large amounts of money from one account to the other, it is still allowed because they cannot prove it.
