SRL Archive - News and General

Ok well here is my problem I have decided to learn how to script since its the holidays ill have a bit of spare time but, there are a-lot of scripts in the tutorial island section and I'm not sure which one to pick. So who can tell me what is a great tutorial for a beginner scripter I'd like it to teach me SRL not just normal SCAR if you know what I mean.

There's different ones on all the different aspects of SRL. To start of though I would read atleast some of Pwnaz0r's UnRivaled Guide to Scripting.

Great thanks i'll try that. But for example what script helped you the most when starting to learn to script, either way thanks ill get reading.

I mainly learned to script through editing and looking through others' scripts. Then when I had a basic understanding I started looking at tuts (which I'm still doing now :p).

There are tons of tutorials you should read, I don't even know where to start. There is a mainloop tutorial by pwnaz0r that is really good to.

Ok I read most of Pwnazors tutorial and it is very well explained and stuff but I'm having problems remembering it. They seem really good so far i'll read the rest tommorow. Thanks for all the help.

If your having trouble remembering it then just have it open while you attempt to script. Right now i have 4 tutorials open and 3 scars open lol. It just helps a ton to reference some things.
