Yea, well I was thinking about a bunch of people create like 2-5 lvl 3's, default chars with chinese names or something. Will run them on willows, and if they survive long enough, will move to edgeville or draynor yews. We wont do any training at all. Everything will be botted like rs-demoners.
I have two accounts, if your interested post here and after we have 10 people with at least 2 accounts, we will start and we will choose a certain world to attack.
This will be a message to jagex and its players, that autoing still lives, and were getting better and better ;). It will be fun.

I can't really see what you are trying to achieve??
You want to antagonize Jagex so that they concentrate more resources on getting rid of us?
Personally I would prefer to be invisible to Jagex! The less other users complain, the less Jagex worry about it, the less they do to make our lives impossible.

Did you read the state of play?
This is just for fun were not achieving anything.

I think the only thing achievable by this is action is for the to allocate more resources toward us…I agree with prisoner, I would much rather be invisible, it is much more difficult than being blatantly obvious

They watch our forums and know how we work. They know that some of the other places are dead.

I would be surprised if they didn't keep an odd eye on SRL but I'm sure they aint too bothered about this community, it's small and insignificant.
It's not commercial and isn't full of autoers trying to make a quick buck off thier backs…
Piss them off though and that could change sharpish..

Ditto. And, if they do snap, I don't wan't an IP-ban. The only things this can lead to are mass-bans. (Like 1st april.)

oooh no thats way too much theres 3000 active members. Whereabouts 50% maybe has a army (3 > chars) and… maybe 10% that autos over night..
which is less than 100 people.
This is also against one of the golden rules of SRL. Respect jagex.
We dont wanna wreck this more than RSDemon already has done.
Removing wildy, dueling trading.. etc!
in my opinion..
this idea is nice..
but we only make jagex pissed…
and they will try to stop us
(i think)
and that makes more competition for us..
we shouldn't do this
my overall opinion: don't do this!

Well im including leachers mate. We dont know what they do, but word has it that they follow what we do. I know about that golden rule respecting jagex…but I dont know what should we respect them for other then creating this game. And all were going to do is go to one world were there is people and woodcut there.
This would also reveal some of these things:
1.How fast jagex bans an account after it gets reported for macroing.
2.How good there anti ban system is against srl.
3.If they really care.
@ markus
I dont get you bro? You want a script for woodcutting or what?

To be honest I think this would be a really bad idea. Have a look at the MTA bot threads on Sythe, that is quite a high profile bot that got jagex pissed off enough to send mod murdoch and mod mark l in to ban everyone using it with 5 black marks instead of 0.5.
Do you really want to draw that sort of attention on SRL?

Good way to motivate Jagex to make more unsolvable randoms >_>

This must be the worst idea ever to originate from within this community…
And you ask why you should respect Jagex? Would you be running scripts on RS if Jagex had never made it? You should look at it from Jagex' perspective as well for a change… They made a game, people play it, a bunch of macroers come in and start to ruin the game for legit players, they take action to protect their players who stick to the rules. As mentionned, we are probably the last of Jagex' worries, we macro in small numbers, we cause minor annoyances to legit players and we do it properly by using decent characters, not to make a quick buck and we respect Jagex. Bots such as rsdemon and aryan back in the old days are the complete opposite of that, they ruin the game for both legit players and us by taking over all the good mining, woodcutting, etc.. spots, trashing the economy, etc.. So Jagex focusses all of their attention to protect their legit players and by doing so, also us, from those bots. Imo that's worthy of some respect… Yes, I don't agree with every measure they take to protect their player database and the integrity of the game, but atleast they do.

This is ridiculous. Why would you personally try to antagonize Jagex? It's hard enough to use the occasional bot as it is, do you really need to make it harder?
