ok im trying to subscribe to runescape by phone…so i put my number in the front page..then i continue on to dial that 1-900-787-3323 number and as soon as i punch in 1-900 it starts ringing and a voice come out saying 'We're sorry ur call cannot go through or something like that and int wont let me call it. i tryed numerious of times to try and call it and it wont let me can someone help.

i usually pay by debit…but i dont wanna use my money in my debit card :D
