Well I've already talked to wizzup about it, I had just asked if I could donate to become an SRL member. I've tried to learn to script a few times but it never worked out, but if that's the only way I guess i'll try again.

Theres no way to get ranks up in SRL by money, donating will only get you the "Site Suporter" status. Many people spend months learning scar to get into members. Some people find it easier to leanr than others.

thats just buying srl members lol and means LEECHING ! but you can be a site supporteR?

When I donated to SRL I did it so that I could keep SRL alive. Please don't donate just to get your rank up.

lol i got a thick skin, it was a retarded question. i just got a job and figured i haven't been able to pick up SCAR yet, so maybe I could donated my way in :D i see that's not possible so I'm going to try to learn to script again. but yeah this thread can be locked, deleted and forgotten about haha.

No… not even an automated thank you..

I've donated twice now and all I got was a Pay Pal reciept and a Thank You from the Pay Pal team for using Pay Pal..

And as you can see I don't have the Site Supporter icon either so all I can assume is that the icon relates to contributing in some other way..

I've tried pming an admin before, but they say that they need to wait for Dankness to do it, I pmed wizzy but he said I just have to wait for Dankness to do stuff.

I'm not after the bling and I'm not even bothered that I didn't even get an automated thank you. After all it didn't stop me donating again.. I just assumed that as I'd donated and as I don't have an icon, that the icon must have meant something else.

Yeah, but people should be able to see that you have donated, after all, it is very nice to donate to someone that you might not know in real life.
