opened Amount.scar with the function function ItemCoordsDtm(area: String; dtm: Integer): TPointArray;

Did you not declare your DTM in that procedure or in your script? I believe that's a null pointer error, which means you're trying to access something that the script hasn't loaded into its memory yet.

maybe declare the dtm into a var and then call the function? if there's a different answer i'm ionterested too, because i've been having this prob with bitmaps.

Im using a DTM from Mining.scar.

Mining.scar doesn't have any DTMs that are global in the file. You're probably trying to access something that's not loaded into the memory, like I said in my first post.
