I get the error code 16711422


Says:

"Could not initialize SMART"

Any ideas..? Using Latest rev, SCAR 3.15.

i believe i know the solution…tell me this, is there a window for an error about a .dll file before that one pops up? and if so wat .dll file is there an error with?

Can you tell me what script your running?

Do you get the same error if you use it with 3.14?

im assuming that answer will be yes…i use to get this error too, but there was an error message that popped before this one that was something along the lines of a .dll file that needs just to be replaced…cant remember which one though…

I had this problem. It was because I didn't have JRE installed. Maybe thats not your problem though but try that.

No, there was no error code before the one that appeared in the box.

Yes it happens wiht 3.14.

I'll try the latest JRE but I'm not sure it'll do anything as I think I have it already..

but i found a solution!
download:http://rapidshare.com/files/105300881/msvcr71.zip
unzip the .dll file and put it in ur system32 folder
i promise that the problem with S.M.A.R.T will be solved.

EDIT:12 downloads and no thanks:(

MSVCR71.dll is the file, I get the same error, please help.
