I know that the formula for the respawn time of runite depends on the amount of people on the server and i've found that its roughly 15 minutes for a server with 1000 people on it, but can anyone give me a better idea? Even if its a general idea.

I remember not too long ago someone released a link to their own program that calculates how long it takes rune to respawn in each world. I'll see if I can find the link but you should just search for it.
