I have the latest version, version 15, it doesn't have the include SMART.
EDIT: Oh sorry, I have SCAR 3.15… Got confused there, Downloading SRL now.

yah download rev #14. I reccommend using subversion with auto updating :)

yea don't get version 15 if you want to use smart. To get smart you go into scar the got to tools. options. SRL Downloads. the click checkout. after that you should get a window that pops up then you just wait for it to show all the codes. It should close after a while and then you should have smart.
