I think they are people's usernames.

If they are RuneScape accounts, those are banned ones or are too low level to appear in the high scores.

Or more likely they could be RuneScape passwords - there is a connection between some of them: (I think parsa = broccol)

Parsaonhyvaa = Broccolisgood
Vitunpahaa = Fuckingshit

Like "Hey, Broccol is good! - Oopsie - it's fucking shit!"

Could also be possibly UserName -> Password - some of the ones on left sound like names of "pure" characters.

its the god mode cheat in doom1 <3

I managed to save 8 of the characters, their real owners can recover them with recovery questions.

Now, I want to know too, where did you get this?

Na, I'm not taking anything, just thought he may not like the usernames and pws being posted. Am I the only one who is super curious as to where he got all of these? At first I thought they were just some of his accounts, but why take the time to put it into binary? *hopes he logs on sometime soon*
