In AirCrafterMaster after about 150+ reports to the server this some times happenes, it's about 18 to 24 hours in.

Line 152 is
SRLClient := InitializeHTTPClient ( false, false );

Hmmm. It frees it. Any unfreed butmaps/dtms/forms in that script?

I don't think so, I searched for them and freed all the ones I found along time ago, and I haven't found any sense then

I doubt it would help, but you could try lowering the amount of SendSRLReport (or whatever it is) by removing all except 1 or making an if so it only sends it every 5 loops or something like that (using if loops mod 5 = 0 or something similar). Otherwise, try making Scar higher priority as it *should* get more memory to use, thus delaying the time until it crashes.
