I am looking for a magic guild essence miner. I think a essence miner for the magic guild would be effective because you can easy mine 1k essence there every hour..

How is this better than Varrock? ;)

If I remember correctly, it is much closer to the bank than Varrock. Downside is you need…I can't remember how much magic.

68 I'm pretty sure and yes, mage arena is a better place to mine ess then varrock by a long shot but you also need to be 68 mage and be a member…

actually its 66 :) but im not going to argue or w/e.

oh ok.. but still 66 takes a little bit to do… well not really.. but haha yeah this would be a good script and almost no room for error because you don't need any walking :] (other then in the portal, for the ess) because the bank is right there :]

yes little or no error (Like a lletya flax picker and banker) cause the bank is like 10 squares away for serious.

You need 66 magic to enter the magic guild as well as members. Its located in Yanille. The main differance is in varrock with ess miners you can only get around 600 an hour? at the magic guild you can get around 1k.. You also dont run out of energy. You only start running out of energy when you have mined around 1.3k ess.

Problem is that people dont really have many member accounts to create the script or to macro or there main.

i could suply a account for it to be made and i can test it.

If the script has a good anti-ban and no crappy loops ill test, seeing as pure ess us 150gp ea atm.

And not many will use u need good magic just to enter
let's just say won't be successful unless everybody had 66 magic which i doubt

DJ I doubt they're still making this script after 5 months.

I might give it a try sometime this week, will most likely use reflection because I would have to use my main to test it. No promises though that I wont get frustrated and abandon this lol.

Pwnt, you don't need 30 mining, you can make the script with only mining rune essence with less than 30 mining because whether you get pure essence or rune essence, it's still the same script, like banking, going to guild, tele'ing from mage, clicking on essence rock, and just use

or something like that, so it wouldn't make a difference if it gathered rune or pure ess.


and I don't know but there might be something to temporarily raise mage lvl, so you can go in before 66, but I don't know there might not be, but for most skills there are. I haven't checked to see though, I'll try to find out if there is and post back on this thread and I'll tell you how much it'd increase magic if a such item exists.

EDIT: Magic Essence Potion (can be made with level 57 herblore and with ingredients of Starflower and Ground gorak claw) gives you +3 magic boost, but that might be to stats, I'm not sure. Then, Magic Potion (can be made with level 76 herblore and with ingredients of Lantadyme and Potato cactus) gives you +4 magic levels. So you need level 62 magic with Magic Potion to get into Mage's Guild, because you need 66 magic to get in. :) hope this helped some with minimum requirements to get in.

yea I know, I'm just talking about for creating the script, so to make it you just need 62 magic, and any mining level. Then when you make the script you should make it require 66 magic, but still any mining level, that's what I would do anyway. But I was just trying to help you with getting an account with a high enough mage level.

if you do get a member account but not high enough mage, I'd use PvH's Dummy Curser, it works pretty well. As long as you aren't too far away from 62/66 because curse only gives 29 experience, otherwise maybe edit it to do like crumble undead on zombies or something.

and if you need any help with making the magic guild essence miner I'd help if you want it.

EDIT: Just wondering if you started this yet, because you only need a members account for the walking to guild and teleporting with the mage there. You can still start some things like finding out where you are in the mine, getting to an essence rock, mining it, finding teleportation and teleporting out and maybe some other smaller stuff, like antiban, antirandom, multiplayer, sleep, depositing essence (need member account for finding yanille bank though).

I have started this :o doing all I can except the walking and banking.. and mining

oh nice, well good luck then, maybe I can help you out with the banking and walking, but I don't like giving my account details for my main and I know that OpenBankFast('veb'); will work for banking, because I was making this once and I was testing the walking and it got to the banking which I didn't edit yet (was editing Wizzup?'s essence miner for my own use at guild) and it worked still at yanille.

Someone should really think about making this script. Magic Guild is a very nice spot.
