DERVISH FIGHT CAVE RUNNER

Okay this is my first "good" script.
It is basic :
-findcolortolerance
-MMouse/Mouse
-if(blah blah bleeeh bluuuh)…

INSTRUCTIONS

1)Set auto-retaliate to ON
2)Fill in lines 20,22,91,92,93…
3)Stand outside the cave and make sure that if the compass is facing south, you can see the white color of the entrance
4)Logout or stay in…
5)Drag crosshair
6)Hit "run"
7)Post feedback

It will :
-enter the cave
-prevent you from logging out
-gain loads of experience

It really works and doesn't need any specefic revision(i think) but it'd be best to use Rev #14…

Could i get help with proggy to make it find experience gain and levels please ?

You'd get appropriate credits and rep+ if possible.

V 0.1 : -No REAL bugs found…
- too much stuff I could replace with SRL functions
- a lill more

V 0.2 : - No bugs
- The Login and OutLog procedure were replaced by : "LoginPlayer" and "Logout".
- Shows TimeRunning in Proggy
- In case you get a random while out of the cave, i added BoredHuman.

V 0.3 : -No bugs found
-Added proper antirandoms and more antiban
-Added 1337 credit to all people that helped me ^^
-Took away the unnecessairy lines that EvilChicken! helped me with =)

Nice start, you should look at Hy's fight caves script and learn from him for better/ more advanced procedures. And, try reading a tut on standards. Otherwise, keep improving like this and you'll get SRL membership in no-time!

But why learn standards, i don't really get it…

Standards are so the script should be easier to read/look at.

And still, you should set a "goal for the day" each day in scripting, like for example tomorrow (or today) you learn SRL logging in. I see your great potencial and how quick you've picked up and learned things. You should just keep on learning and reading them tuts.

Okay now i get it ^^ thanks, I'll pm you if I need advice or anything…

This script took me 1hour and 20minutes to make, and as you can see it's not anything advanced and only basic color finding.

Thanks for encouraging me to make more scripts ^^.

Ok, much better. But still:
Line 13: Not needed
Line 15: Not needed
Line 16 should be "SetAngle(False);"
Line 22 should have randoms added (Wait(3000 + random(1000));).
In stead of line 31-33 you could just have "3, 4, 5: HoverSkill('Ranged',false);//modify this to what you're training(strength attack…) This goes for all of oyur antiban procedures.

Add some fail safes

What if you get stuck, and no creature can attack you, then you've just been running the 'stayloggedin' thing for hours and hours.

What if findnormalrandoms FAILED, and you accidently got telelied away?! Then it's constantly searching for the entrance, but it never will.

For the stuck or the randoms thingy : For the stuck thingy… Then you'd be in a f***** up position… Indeed but usually… Runescape makes you automatically walk to the middle… And the script doesn't click anywhere… So NORMALLY it should be too much of a problem.

Yup its true but the thing is… You're outside of the cave for about 2 seconds which makes the odds of getting a random veeery low… So : the low adds of random events + the findnormalrandoms is almost unable to fail… Won't say that it won't happen… I've been running it for over 100 times… Never got random problems…

For the unability to see entrance thingy : nup you're wrong ^^ It will ALWAYS see the cave even if its very far away…
