I saw a thread on here about people saying Scarscape was unsafe. Jukka new version of his Guild Miner is really suited only for Scarscape. So i wanna use Jukka's masterpiece of a script but right now im under the impression that scarscape is not safe and detectable from the thread i read on here before.

Its your choice, but I Dont trust ScarScape much, because as Wizzup? said "Signed = Bann", I dont like playing on Signed Applet, would be awsome if there was any way of modifying Scarscape to be Unsigned, I asked Mr.Sythe if there is any chance but still no response , so asked another admin and im waiting for the answer , so well… Its really up to you if you use ScarScape, as I already said , in my opinion its pretty much detectable … and I dont feel like risking my account to get banned , at least not the one im using to auto at the moment…:p

As far as I know, it modifies runescape applet. and jagex may detect that.

Though i used scarscape like month or so, nothing happened.

scarscape is unsafe… it uses perfect north keep steady color for better color picking and some other features that no human or the runescape applet could do…

So then how am i supposed to use Jukka's new version Guild Miner? Anytime i try it, not on Scarscape it either never makes it down the ladder, or if it does it doesnt find the rock color.

I'd say dont use it, why risk getting banned? i havent used scarscape that much though, so i really dont know.

ScarScape DOES modify the client, which is why people consider it unsafe, apart from hte fact its signed. But IMO autoing while signed isn't a big thing to me. I've autoed while signed every since I started autoing (I've been going for about 6 months autoing, but I stopped autoing a few months ago for a few months) and I've never received a ban other than the time I was caught in an endless loop.

I've never had a problem with scarscape. At one point I used it any time i used runescape. Didn't get banned.

I always auto signed. One year strong no bans.

What are the reasons for Scarscape to be unsafe? To me, it is perfectly safe. For some reason, there is no perfect north for me, there is no option to set it to perfect north. And Jagex can't detect the no colour changing. Signed is perfectly safe as-well, it is just the scripts you have to be careful of (if they include detectable functions/procedures).

I have been using ScarScape for over 8 months and nothing have happened to all my characters.
