After my scar has rune for 20 hours……..
i get a message saying scar.exe problem blah blah blah…… and i have to click send message, debug, cancel etc…..
How can i make this message never appear again so i can auto more than just 20 hours?

It happens at 20hours of scar autoing…lol…don't know why…

If anyone can help that will be appreciated…….

By the way i use munks forefeathers script……
so it should work for a very long time but it doesn't….because of my computer giving me that error after 20 horus of autoing….
And Yes! i have checked firewal settings and evrything else…..

Send us the error massage after you see again so that we can help.
I have had a similar issues when my ISP cut me off. They cut me off after being "unactive," not requesting a new web page, after ten hours. You said your problem originated within SCAR, so we cant really know until you send us that error.

EDIT: This was posted in the SMART section, so are you using SMART? Scar in conjunction with SMART could cause this problem and i don't have enough experience with SMART to help you.

It's possible that your pc can't handle long periods of time while working with a semi-intensive CPU program. You can try adjusting it's priority (task manager -> processes -> right-click Scar -> Set priority -> Above-normal or high) and see if that helps.

Ok, well it looks like it probably isn't from lack of CPU as there's only the 1 running and nothing else. How many times has it happened before? If it has happened 3 or 4 times + at around 20 hours, then it's possible that your ISP may have limits on connections and the connection going down causes SMART to crash, though there are quite a few others. Try clicking debug next time and see if it brings any light to the problem.

Just a SCAR memory leek …

Ahwell, he's banned now for whatever reason, so I guess no point in trying to fix it. Also, Hy, he said it happened consisntenly after 20 hours and a few minutes, which would not make it a memory leak as it would depend on the actions done which could alter the time between 10 hours to 30 hours.

I'm still getting the same error, can anyone try and help me out?
Does anyone have any idea about the window active problems that many people have had before smart came out?
Like what happens is like when the mouse clicks logout on rs, the window becomes light blue meaning inactive window, so the script tries to type in the user n pass, but it can't since the window is inactive, you can see the mouse moving up n down to type it in, but it can't because the window is inactive….
I am using smart only for this reason, but i also want to use normal, rs, because my computer cannot take 2 smart's running at the same time…..
If anyone can help it will be awsome…..

I have the exact same problem….
except it happens I guess around 20+ but it changes for each script….
On negaals chicken killer I could get to 70+ hours, THEN it would crash
and on rosty's VE miner I can only get around 30 hour results….
very frustrating indeed

If you're any good at Scar scripting, go through and make sure all bitmaps and DTM's are freed. Otherwise try posting in the relevant thread asking if the author could check through for unfreed DTM's & bitmaps.
About the mouse, remove the ActivateClient from the bit just before it does LoginPlayer in the beginning setup bit and it should work fine.
