SRL Archive - News and General

http://www.gamefire.nl/scartut/

I made this site because alot of people where talking about a tutorial database and stuff… so here it is…

the problem is.. I need tuts for it first :)

So i am asking YOU for posting your tut you made!

just post the link and i put it on the site :)

i always can add extra category's and stuff if you want :)

help me, help the nubs, help make a big tutorial library!

ooh, and don't try the contact page :P the send file is bugged so i get empty messages :P

Bamf! Basically a bunch of stuff noobs need to know when they come to the forum, or is this site only on how to make SCAR scripts?

Either way here's the link Clicky!

Thats this will be added :)

:)

Ahh I found another I made, it actually has to do with scripting too.

"For [to / downto] do" Statements. It's good but I haven't read it over in quite a while. Clicky!

My tut:

"Your guide to the SRL-Member's rank".

thank you :)

I was just gonna edit my last post, but since you guys already replied…

Goto Statements! Yay! Clicky!

I should make a new tutorial… It would have to be something good to bring me back into the community. Any ideas on what to write one on?

EDIT: Hey for your site, I suggest capitalizing the first letters of the words of each category. I personally think it looks better but its your site so its up to you. Also for a category I think you should have an introduction to SRL one for tutorials that talk about the SRL Forum and not scripting.

thanks again Ed.
maybe a tut on Cos / sin / tan and stuff?

thanks again Ed.
maybe a tut on Cos / sin / tan and stuff?

Hmm… Maybe I'll make that, I have to leave for a bit to do some stuff but when I get back I'll probably start working on that.

thank you n3ss3s :)

Since it refers to SRL-forums, you can have all of my tuts if you want, they're in my siggy by the way.

Thanks :D

EDIT: we decided that we make a new and faster template which is easier to edit. So this site won't be long online. BUT keep posting tuts :) i collect them all so the new site can run full right after release.
