hey, i really don't know it anymore i searched and searched!
for 1 hour

can some tell me how to color pic(like in scar) a color in delphi?

Hey dude,

You might want to try reading up on the GetPixel function, it's something like this:

GetPixel(HDC, x, y);

HDC specifies which device attatched to the computer you want to 'pixel-search' for, in this case you'll want it to be the monitor, so it'll be something like this:

theHDC := GetDC( 0 );
GetPixel(theHDC, x, y);

…and the x and y are pretty self explanitory.
