Alright, I looked through these forums and I couldn't find anything on this topic. I think I already know the answer, but I just wanted to make sure.

I'm making a low leveled character for Bounty Hunter, and was wondering if it would be worth it to do all the stuff needed to wear rune fullplate or just stick with chain mail? I'm thinking I should just stick with the chain mail, but I wanted to make sure.

Oh, and I might end up turning this guy into a main if things turn out well enough, so I'll probably end up doing quests and such eventually

if your f2p get the att and str stats you want for your account then do dragon slayer and then finally train the remaining xp, then you will have a perfect 40 def so you dont need to worry about an excess of def levels, it would be beneficial for you to get a rune plate as you decrease your chance of dying. if it was my account i would get it

Rune chain its good also , I like it pretty much , I have this ex-pker(before fagex ruined the game) he just uses rune chain instead of pl8 , and killed a lot of people and works real good since its very good against Slash which is aggressive which most of the people use, well mainly at f2p , so well, make your decision….:p

if i were you i'd just make a range pure :P get like 70 ranged with hy's fight cave runner. dont train any prayer or def :P my ranger has 71 ranged and i own everyone in bh :P (combat 49)

I've read in multiple places that def pures (dunno why they're called that, though) are almost unstoppable in BH in low levels.

That requires the kind of cash I don't have, and it also requires membership, which I don't have.
