I've been running the unsigned smart for some script testing.

On the other hand, I've found out that running smart under unsigned condition, RS will generate Single UID instead of Unique UID…

Does anyone of your rs screen or login get unique or just single login IP?

Does S.M.A.R.T unsigned still safe to run?

As lots of people have been running 2+ SMARTs for a while (especially member's who have had SMART for longer than the public), I doubt it is a risk, though you can always run on different worlds if you're worried about getting half your army banned due to multiple logging.

Perhaps you should try few check like

1. Re-install Scar
2. delete Scar folder and re-update
3. re-download SRL using SVN
