I bought a member pin a few months ago before all the trade limits etc. and put it on an account to run an ibot script. It drained plant cures and filled the vials with water and banked. I recently checked it and it was banned for real world trading.

This was my oldest fully macro and botted account. Used it for well over 3 years and never played it legit and it had great stats. Luckily I used socks proxys on it when I bought the pin and when I botted it with ibot and just appealed and they pushed it to a stolen account which I can recover. I think I payed 1 mil rs cash for the pin and it was a u.k. pin from a guy off of rsca forums.

Just a warning though if you see people selling pins for cash or anything dont go for it cuz theres a chance it can get you banned for real world trading. They may be selling an sms pin cheaper than what runescape charges but Im guessing those most likely are illegaly obtained and makes it a risk for you.

Umm, trading unfair amounts was tooken away so therefore you'd have to pay real money to buy member pins now, being useless because you could just buy yourself the pin.

But yeah it would be put under RWT for you trading gp for a real life thing.

Lucky that you were using a proxy.

Also they did this a couple months later or what?

They caught you because the seller was located from a diffrent country compared to you.
