If the Admins see that he is making useful posts they will give him the cup.

The Admins usually decide who gets cups, however sometimes we get bogged down with SRL related stuff etc. and forget to look out for people who help.
People who help out exceptional amounts should always be rewarded.
Cups are usually saved for people who show outstanding abilities in the area the cup is awarded for.
We try to always have our eyes peeled for people who deserve cups.
