SRL Archive - General

I need a little help with Scar 3.14

Ok I went away for awhile, and when I come back, I re download SCAR, and when I try to download SRL/subversions, it gives me an error saying that it can't move my plugins, so I can't get SRL, does anyone have any idea why?
It's really annoying.
